Deposits are dependent on CoinMode processing times and should complete within 24 hours. 

If you received an error please ensure the amount meets our minimum deposit amount of 5£ and that the details you have entered are correct. 

Make sure your card is able to make online transactions. For further information on this please contact your payment provider. 

Additionally, please check that you are in a valid region to create a wallet.
