Why am I unable to play a MoneyMatch?

To access MoneyMatches your Skrmiish account must:

• Have a valid Skrmiish Wallet, our Skrmiish wallet is only available to players over 18 within selected regions - with global access coming soon.
  
  

Check that location services are enabled for Skrmiish:

• Go into your device's settings and enable location services for Skrmiish.

• Restart the Skrmiish app after enabling location services.
  
  

League of Legends

• You must be linked to a League of Legends account that is at least level 30.

• Skrmiish MoneyMatches can only be played in ranked mode.
  
  

Fortnite:

• Your Epic Games account must have at least 10-hours of playtime in solo’s mode within the last 2 seasons. 

Set your Fortnite profile to "Public Game Stats" ON:

• Open up your Fortnite settings in-game.

• Select “Account and Privacy”.

• Set "Gameplay Privacy“ to ON. ( the subset of privacy options is called gameplay privacy , the setting that needs to be switched on is public game stats)

• This enables Skrmiish to automate your match results.
  
  

Lastly, ensure your Epic/Fortnite Account is correctly linked to your Skrmiish account.
Follow these steps to do this:

• Unfriend Marshiil on your Fortnite account.

• Close Fortnite and the Skrmiish app and wait 20 minutes.

• Relaunch the app.

• Begin a MoneyMatch, you will then be prompted to verify your Epic Gamertag again.

• You can then relink your new Epic account to your Skrmiish account.
  
  

If you have successfully created a wallet and your Fortnite account has more than 10-hours in solos mode of playtime in the last 2-seasons and you are still unable to play a MoneyMatch please contact Skrmiish Support here.
