Why has my MoneyMatch been refunded?

Your MoneyMatch may be refunded for these reasons: 

Fortnite

• The Fortnite lobby you joined had a high amount of bot players (players created by Fortnite to fill-up the lobby).

• If you do not enter a match lobby in-game within 15 minutes your entry will be refunded. 

• We cannot detect any results from your match. 

• Your match did not meet the correct criteria and was canceled.  This may be because you entered a squads match instead of solos, etc.

• An unexpected error occurred while processing your match.

   

League of Legends

• The enemy team surrenders before you are able to complete your MoneyMatch objective(s).

• If you are not able to play the champion that you selected (it was banned or taken by someone else), your MoneyMatch will be refunded once your LoL match begins.

• Your match did not meet the correct criteria and was canceled.  This may be because you entered a public match instead of ranked, or you are using the incorrect champion, etc.

• An unexpected error occurred while processing your match.
  
  

If your match has been refund you can try start a new MoneyMatch, if the error persists, contact support.
