How to change your Skrmiish gamertag.

When you start your first match you will be required to enter your gamertag. Thereafter, when you create a match, you will have an option to update your gamertag.


Can I have more than one Skrmiish account?

Users are only allowed to have one Skrmiish account active at any given time and any player found to have more than one is breaking our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy will receive a permanent ban on their account. 

 

If you want to create a new account, you must first contact us to deactivate your active account before creating a new one.  

 

If you don’t remember your login information, please don't make a new account. Instead, contact us: support@skrmiish.com and we will be able to help you with recovering your account. 


How do I change my region?

Regions on Skrmiish are based on the game you are playing. When you choose a game, you will also choose which region to play on. You can also change your region when setting up a match.


Forgotten my login details

‘Your login details are incorrect’ In this scenario remember some key points:

  1. Make a new account 

  2. Buy another account

  3. Ask to use another player's account

  1. Press ‘Forgot your password’, this will reset your password to your email.
